The Performance Lab

Built for Every Athlete. Built Around Yours.
Every athlete at the Lab is assessed and placed in the right level of training — not assigned to a class by age or assumption. Here is how the system works, and how to figure out where your athlete fits.

Train to Perform

Tip of the Spear

AIQ sports specific classes train you to become better at your chosen sport. Whether you’re a rotation sport (swinging a bat in baseball, swinging a racket in tennis) or a linear sport (running up the basketball court, or down the soccer field), or a combination of both (sliding the hockey puck to the goal), you’ll improve on the specific skills needed to perform at the highest level in your sport, while improving on your cognitive and physical abilities! When it’s time… you’ll be game ready!

Free Athlete Assessment — Start Here

A no-pressure assessment that tells you exactly where your athlete is on the pathway. We look at how they move, what they are ready for, and where the gaps are.

You leave with a clear picture and a plain-language recommendation. No commitment required.

AIQ EDGE Core Classes

Who It’s For: Athletes at Level 1 or Level 2 — building their foundation or developing their athletic engine. Ages 8–18. Separate tracks by age group.

Group training sessions built around real physical development: movement patterns, strength, speed, and conditioning. Every session has a structure. Athletes progress based on what they earn, not what week it is.

Pathway Level:  Learn to Move / Learn to Load

Jumpstart — Foundation Movement (Ages 8–12)

Who It’s For: Young athletes ages 8–12 ready to build a relationship with training. The bar for starting: show up ready to have fun.

Movement-first training built around play, coordination, and physical confidence. Your kid discovers they are more capable than they thought — and they want to come back next week.

The Honest Goal: Your kid asks to come back. That is the metric. The foundation follows from that.

Pathway Level: Learn to Move

Sports

Sports Specific Training

Athletes with a physical foundation who want to apply it to their specific sport.
New Body: Training built around the physical demands of a given sport. We train athletic qualities that actually transfer — not sport-specific skill coaching. This is not hitting lessons. This is building the athlete who hits better.

Pathway Level:  L2 — Learn to Train / L3 — Train to Perform

The PERFORM Program — Individualized Coaching

Who It’s For: Athletes with a real performance goal, a history of recurring injury, or anyone ready for coaching that actually knows them.

One-on-one coaching built entirely around your athlete’s profile, goals, and current season. We look at everything and build from there.

The program evolves as the athlete evolves.

Delivery: In-person at AIQ Lab, remote through AIQ Rx, or a combination of both.

Pathway Level: L3 — Train to Perform

Launch — Athletic Development (Ages 10–14)

Who It’s For: Athletes in the 10–14 range with a foundation who are ready to build their athletic engine.

Progressive sessions building strength, coordination, and athletic capacity. Athletes learn how to train, not just how to move. No early specialization — we are building the athlete, not the sport-specific skill.

Pathway Level: Learn to Load / Learn to Lift
